Conferences

A warm, friendly and laid back host, Bandos Convention Centre has been popular for its unique atmosphere and professional setup staff capable of co-coordinating international and regional conferences in the Maldives. The Bandos Convention Centre offers numerous facilities, modern equipment and experienced staff who have already hosted several international conferences with remarkable success.

The Convention Centre has four rooms. The Orchid Room is the main hall and can accommodate 450 persons theatre style and 250 persons banquet style. The hall, in addition, has two administrative offices and six multi-language translation booths.

Meeting & Incentives

Meeting rooms with capacities of 20 to 40 persons mainly used for small seminars and meetings.

Weddings

Kuda Bandos Sunset Wedding

The “Kuda Bandos Sunset Wedding” features a taste of a traditional island ceremony, with a sunset boat ride, unique cultural costumes, Maldivian drums and local style decoration. The ceremony is held on the beach of an uninhabited island called Kuda Bandos followed by a private cruise for the newlyweds on a Dhoni (Maldivian boat). After which enjoy a romantic private dinner set on the beach of Kuda Bandos. This is a uniquely tropical Maldivian experience.
